The Martinsburg Public Library will be closed until further notice due to the ongoing renovation. All other Martinsburg-Berkeley County Public Libraries branches will operate per their usual schedule with extended operating hours during the time of Martinsburg's closure.
During this time, all passport services, including appointments, will be offered at the Hedgesville Public Library. For passport information and inquiries, please call the Hedgesville Public Library at 304-754-3949.
